He then spent over 5 years with professional recruitment consultancy, specialising in tech hires, business change and transformation.
Ryan has extensive search experience in niche candidate verticals, sourcing candidates for often newly defined and unique roles. Ryan has hired at mid-to-senior and C-suite level, covering both permanent and interim appointments.
