Natalie is an experienced HR professional across all areas of HR, specialising in people change and transformational programmes across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Technology and Insurance.
During her career, Natalie has held key strategic HR leadership roles working with senior teams and executives at all levels of organisations to ensure people strategies deliver business goals whilst providing practical solutions that consider the people as individuals. She brings a wealth of experience to the McLean team including leading large scale people change such as reorganisations, acquisitions, TUPE and culture change projects, and has a positive and approachable style when working with employees, managers or senior executives.
Natalie is CIPD qualified and has a passion for delivering forward thinking and practical HR, recruitment and learning and development solutions, having built HR teams from the ground up, led HR functional transformations and HR system implementations.
Outside of work Natalie is a keen silversmith and enjoys running her own small jewellery business alongside spending time in the New Forest with her young family.
