Fran is an HR Generalist with experience across a range of industries including Media/PR, Technology, Bioscience and Engineering. As well as working within an established global HR team, Fran also has significant experience in setting up the HR function from the ground up. Fran offers a positive, business focused approach, providing practical, operational HR as well as the ability to work closely with senior management on HR strategy and planning. As a generalist, Fran covers all aspects of the HR spectrum such as compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, recruitment, policy and procedure etc. Fran received her degree from the University of Bath and is CIPD qualified.
